Authentication

Determines the type of authentication to use.

Azure Active Directory Password
Azure Active Directory Integrated
Windows Authentication
The connection will be made as the web server application pool account.
SQL Password

Username

The username to use when Azure Active Directory Password or SQL password is selected as the authentication type.

Password

The password to use when Azure Active Directory Password or SQL password is selected as the authentication type.

Instance Name

The name of the SQL instance to connect to.

Database Name

The name of the database from which to read the values.
