Symptoms

When you scan a Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Site you receive the error 'Permission to perform the operation was denied.'

Cause

This can occur when the XIA Configuration Client service account (or the custom credentials in use) do not have permissions required to the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Site.
